Prior to booking, I encourage couples to schedule a quick phone call with me to discuss their dream wedding! I want to get to know you, and hear all about your vision. Whether you want a whimsical cocktail-style party or an elegant and timeless black-tie affair, I want to hear all the details. This also gives couples the opportunity to ask me any and all questions you may have about the planning process, packages, our wonderful team, or my personal life. Seriously, we want you to love, and trust us as your wedding planner!
Let's get the creative juices flowing! I will take the time to learn about your background, traditions, passions and what makes you, you! From there, I will create an overall cohesive, unique, timeless event that reflects who you are as a couple and as individuals. From there, the creative process really takes off! I will provide you with all of the tools necessary to be successful as we journey together through the planning process. No detail will be overlooked, and your wedding planning process will be hands-on, high-end, and personal.
After taking the time to get to know each couple, their unique style and esthetic, I will create a comprehensive design plan combining your ideas and my unique design expertise to create an overall cohesive event. The design process begins after your venue is chosen and a budget is in place. Our goal is to create something that is an expression of you as a couple and something entirely unique and beautiful.

Working alongside the amazing vendor team we have hand selected, together, my phenomenal team and I will bring your wedding day to life, creating a one-of-a-kind experience for all. On the day-of, rest assured that each and every detail will be executed flawlessly. All that is left for you to do is enjoy the very best day of your life that was designed to celebrate your love!

Now! Yes, now!! Truly, the sooner we start working together the better. Regardless of which package you choose, I am here to guide you with vendor recommendations, wedding planning software to keep you organized, and unlimited email communication. Building a trusting relationship with your planner is important! I want to start with you from the start to really be your guide.
I plan every wedding, I work with every couple regardless of the package you choose. Emails, phone calls, walkthroughs, timelines, floor plans are done by me. On the day of the wedding, I have at least one lead assistant with me through the entirety of the event. We do occasionally book two weddings per weekend, and a lead assistant will then run that event with one additional assistant. All assistants have gone through a rigorous training period prior to being asked to join the LLE team.
After two crazy wedding seasons, we will be scaling back for 2023. We will only be taking 1o full planning couples, and a total of 20 weddings for the year. If you are interested in working with us, inquire about your special date as soon as possible! We cannot wait to work with more amazing couples!!
I like to work with vendors that I trust, and know will execute a flawless event, with stunning work. Not every vendor I love fits all visions and or budgets however, I am very selective when it comes to selecting vendors as a whole. In order to ensure the best outcome possible, I only work within certain budgets to ensure I am able to recommend vendors I know will create the best possible outcome for our couples. You may select vendors on your own, however, I am not always able to vouch for their work.
Yes, and no. Yes, I gravitate towards certain colors, textures, tones, and seasons however, I believe an amazing planner can design with any color pallet, season and style. The best part about weddings, each is different! Each couple is different, their style, vision, all different! I take the time to learn your style, and wedding vision then recommend vendors that I believe would be the perfect fit for both your style and personality. Regardless, I can guarantee you a timeliness, elegant, personalized wedding.
All budgets vary and heavily dependent on the scope of your wedding. Guest count, service style, and location all determine the total cost of your wedding. To service our clients with the utmost amount of time, and attention, Laura Louise Events only accepts a limited number of select clients per year. The majority of our couples dedicate a minimum of $75,000 towards their wedding.
