Born and raised in Maryland, and will forever be a Maryland girl at heart. I relocated to Northern Virginia in 2015 after graduating from the University of Maryland, College Park (GO TERPS).
I fell in love with wedding planning after planning my own. I am entirely self-taught, faked it till I made it, and here we are. Always learning, never settling and loving every single second along the way.

Design elements are my jam. I love making couples dreams a reality, not to mention seeing the look on their faces when they see their dream wedding come together for the first time. I love putting my own unique twist on everything I do. I don't just plan an event, I create an experience, one you and your guests will remember for a lifetime!

Meet The Tam-East Coast
Kayla is a speech-language pathologist, wife, and mom to three energetic boys. She is a hopeless romantic who loves all things related to weddings- TV shows, movies, books, etc. Her favorite moments at weddings are the first look, faces of pure joy when a couple leaves their ceremony, and the speeches at the reception. She is known to get a bit teary eyed during these emotional moments!
Kayla is known as the "mom" of the team, always ensuring everyone's safety and weighing all possible outcomes throughout the day. Kayla is calm under pressure, warm and energetic, and phenomenal problem solver and quick thinker.

Born and raised in Virginia, Jordan’s love for design and all things creative led her to study design at West Virginia University. She fell in love with the wedding world while working at a bridal boutique, where she quickly realized how much she adored the energy, the emotion, and the excitement behind every celebration.
Jordan has a strong eye for style, a love for thoughtful details, and a calm, organized presence that helps every wedding day feel seamless.
In her free time, you can find her horseback riding, binge watching her favorite TV shows, or snuggled up on the couch with a good book and her cats. She brings creativity, positivity, and a “make it happen” attitude to every event.

Grace has always had a soft spot for the emotional moments and intentional details that bring a wedding day to life. With her background in administration and client relations, paired with a warm and calming presence, she naturally builds trust with couples, families, and vendors.
After a few seasons working alongside Laura in Northern Virginia, Grace made the move to San Diego to support her husband in the military. She is thrilled to bring her DC-area wedding experience to Southern California, all while building new connections and celebrating new love stories on the West Coast.
When she’s not working weddings you can find her adventuring with her husband, visiting friends and family, or enjoying the outdoors. Grace is a steady, thoughtful presence who anticipates needs before they arise, ensuring every wedding day unfolds seamlessly
