PARTIAL PLANNING

Partial planning is ideal for couples who have checked a few vendors off their list but realize they could benefit from expert advice along the way and design execution. I will pick up where you left off, and guide you through the remaining planning process. I will help you secure four vendor selections that fit your overall goals, budget and vision. You will decide which vendors you wish for me to handle, including communication, contract management, unlimited phone call and email communication and planning meetings. I require that your venue and date are already contracted before booking this service.

DESIGN AND MANAGEMENT

Pinning nonstop on Pinterest? Need a little extra help bringing your vision to life? I will create a design concept from start to finish, incorporating your unique style, traditions, and details that represent you both as a couple. After reviewing your Pinterest board and answers to the design questionnaire, I will create a design plan, florals, stationery, and detail visuals for each area of the wedding. I will recommend design vendors, attend meetings with you, unlimited phone calls and emails, and be present on the day-of to execute your wedding day flawlessly. 

EVENT MANAGEMENT

After you have planned almost all of your details, I will compose your detailed day-of timeline, attend your final walk-through, conduct your rehearsal, and be present for up to 12 hours on your wedding day. Day-of coordination begins three months out from your big day, ensuring I am working with you during the final stages of planning, helping you tie up any loose ends and keeping you stress free through those final months. My team and I will oversee all event set up and breakdown, confirm all vendor timelines, and execute a flawless, one-of-a-kind wedding day of your dreams!

Whether you are dreaming of a destination wedding in Greece or in the warm, blue oceans of the Caribbean, our passports are ready and our bags are packed! We partner with trusted travel agencies, which guarantee wonderful vendors and seamless event execution. We will assist with travel arrangements, planning, design, arrivals and departures, and be onsite for your big day to ensure your destination wedding is a fairytale, relaxing and memorable occasion!
